Lauryn has been nominated for Youth Athlete of the Year. She will win the opportunity to represent 3Brand in Sports Illustrated and on CBS PLUS $25,000.00!
I asked her what her plans are with her winnings. She said she would:
- Pay for the remainder of her school Quebec trip
- Go to Nationals in Halifax
- Pay for softball equipment
- Get extra private training in softball
Her goal is to earn a scholarship. The remaining amount of money she will put in her savings account to pay for her post-secondary education.
